A resident reported that a house was on fire at 273 Flanders-Netcong Road at 4:20am on Dec 3, in the Flanders Section of the township The Flanders Fire Dept 1st Asst.Chief was the first on scene , reporting he had a home well involved and fire thru the roof of the 2 story home . Within Minutes a tanker task force was dispatched to the scene due to lack of fire hydrants in the area .It took firefighters over Fourty Minutes to bring the blaze under control . there were no reported injuries at the scene the Flanders fire Dept was assisted by Budd Lake , Chester , Netcong ,Washinghton Twp, Randolph, Roxbury Twp Byram Twp & Picatinny Arsenal Fire Dept
